Warranty policy and Refunds

In Finezza, we are proud to offer a solid warranty to our products. Our guarantee has a duration of 1 year from the date of sale, provided that the purchase document. This warranty applies only to the veneer of our pieces.

Our parts come with a warranty of 1 year for the bathroom of 18K gold and against manufacturing defects, from the date of issuance of the certificate.

The defects related to the bathroom include peeling, bubbles and spots in the bathroom.

Manufacturing defects include breakage or cracking of closures.

It is important to note that our warranty does NOT cover the following aspects:

  • Defects caused by improper use, obscuration due to dirt, scratches, tears, worn by constant use or loss of the stone.
  • Pieces crushed.
  • Parts of scratched or scraped.
  • Parts are broken or damaged by misuse.

As with any piece of veneer, it is advisable to take some precautions to keep them in optimal condition. Avoid contact with creams, sunscreens, soaps, or other similar products, since their waste could be dull or re-milky parts.

For the warranty to be valid, the default entry must be attributable to the manufacture of the product. It does not cover defects caused by improper use. Once verified the manufacturing defect, we will offer the repair of the product or, if it is already sold out, replacing it with a similar item. In the event that it may not be possible to replace it for an item identical (or similar) in a period of 30 days, it shall grant customer a credit for the value of the part or the refund.

It should be noted that not be authorized changes if the defect is a result of a misuse or wear and tear.
